My Name is Carl Mark O'Neill and this is my website Ireland's table Produce. I have worked in retail for the best part of twenty years and this has allowed me to gain a unique insight into the quality of locally produced foodstuffs in Ireland.
I have always been interested in photography and in 2011 the idea to combine my two passions led me on a photographic journey to capture the individual stories of food production and bring them into the public eye. Have a look at the various producers there is something for everyone and admire the stages that the various products go through.
